Mission

If you've ever felt too shy to start Pilates by yourself, now's the chance to do it with familiar faces around you. Together you will experience a 50 minute group session with the mission of getting happier and healthier with some fun. Help each other reach your goals, have healthy function of the body, and an overall greater quality of life through these group sessions.

Vision

I see my group clients benefitting from these sessions through keeping in touch socially and having a support system together. Whether it be for cross-training, fitness maintenance, physical therapy, or lifestyle improvement, all groups can participate. The work will be put in and we will work to get each client closer to their goals with each session.
